Many parties have utilized all or part of IFCC to make their wedding, fundraiser or party a memorable affair. Whatever your needs, we’re happy to work with you to make your experience a warm and welcoming one.
IFCC Upstairs (Dance studio, galleries and kitchenette)
Capacity: 150 people, 50 per room
Entitles tenant to exclusive use of the upstairs
$95.00 per hour (1–3 hours) before 6:00pm
$400.00 (5 hour block) before 6:00pm
$100.00 per hour after 6:00pm
All of IFCC
Capacity: 300–350 people in four separate rooms
$1,200 per day (8 hours)
$200/hr each additional hour
We can prorate this down to a minimum of five hours.
Non profits may receive 10–20% discount.
